Who Am I
I'm an author, equestrian, and Christian. I constantly have ideas springing up and am frustrated there is not enough time in the world to write out those ideas or read about them.
I aim to write stories that inspire, give courage, challenge problems, or simply provide a break from everyday life. I don't believe the lie that fantasy and fiction is just an 'escape'. To put it this way:

“ Fantasy is escapist, and that is its glory. If a soldier is imprisoned by the enemy, don't we consider it his duty to escape?. . . If we value the freedom of mind and soul, if we're partisans of liberty, then it's our plain duty to escape, and to take as many people with us as we can!”
(And while it wasn't Tolkien that wrote that, he probably would've agreed with it.)

Horses are my main career path, but first and foremost I am a Christian. And I don't believe that just because writing has a Christian focus that it has to be cringy. C. S. Lewis's Chronicles of Narnia are proof of that. (And yes, they are Christian fantasy. Lewis said so himself.)
Therefore I try to make sure that my writing could be read by Christians and non Christians alike. Some of my work has a distinctly Christian emphasis, and others, like A Challenge, do not. But all of it will be free from vulgar language and inappropriate scenes.

What Genres do I Write?
I write in a variety of genres. I've written novels, short stories, and flash fiction. Christian Fantasy, Equestrian fiction, Young Adult, and Teen Fiction are my main genres. All of them are clean and free of vulgarity.
